This is sadly normal. Joy is a very vulnerable emotion because there is something to lose. Brene Brown teaches about this. Many people are more comfortable with whatever painful emotions they regularly have than experiencing joy. Many people are also quite confused about what is joy versus what is a desperate effort to escape from pain. This workshop will help you! 


This workshop is to help you understand how


*maybe that high you are chasing that always crashes, isn’t the joy or happiness you really want. 

*Tell the difference between a sustainable baseline of well-being and contentedness that you are completely capable of creating (I’ll spell out the how to, don’t worry) with the highs that are usually just temporary and volatile.

*learn how to take care of yourself when one of those highs comes around whether from chasing it or just life unfolding. 



You deserve to feel well. You deserve to enjoy your life and know how to drink in the good times.
